MEDICAL MYCOLOGISTS INVESTIGATE SICK HOMES

Medical mycologists are university diplomats with training specialized in the identification of fungal molds that are directly and immediately relevant to human health that employ the most current scientific testing technology and protocols for their investigations of human habitations for the presence of fungal molds that are known to cause allergies, toxic reactions and diseases in humans and animals.

Indoor air quality may be 10 times more polluted than outdoor air. HEADACHE

Reslessness, lost sleep, odor and cough.

INABILITY TO SLEEP

When symptoms are present at home and go away when out of the home testing is warranted:

Our range of  services include sampling and testing not just for molds but include r odorless gases that are commonly found in human habitations that cause headache, nausea, running noses, watery eyes, sleeplessness, respiratory and other symptoms that the cause of which may still be unexplained by your physician (yes, we make house calls). Ask you physician to prescribe a home environment test.

We will find an answer:

With a  100% success rate our Full Scientific Investigation and analysis of your Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) we will identify the problem and then provide you with an Air Quality Management and toxic/noxious IAQ Gas Remediation Plan. We often succeed where others have failed to identify the problem.

We have NO interest in selling you any work! You may use your own qualified contractors or some of our competent and certified  highly experienced referrals if any repairs are needed (most often no work is needed).

SNEEZING

Call us. Start by obtaining  a  FREE CONSULTATION: Get an idea of what may be the problem. (NOTE THIS NUMBER 973-726-9559) An interview with a our aerobiologist/ fungal mold medical mycologist will help you to determine if you really need an investigation. This should be done before making any appointment.

No Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) or mold allergen investigation can even begin without a analyst and client interview. A free consultation will also help you determine if you are getting the type investigation you need. Ask about the experience level of the analyst inspecting the property and if the inspector has the expertise in the type of inspection you need and they are experienced to provide a qualified mold damage inspection, a medically qualified health risk assessment, legal second opinion etc.

Often during the course of our investigations find that home owners are introducing toxic and noxious gases when they believe they are improving their indoor air quality (IAQ). Many gases are odorless. Besides being injurious to your health some may damage your furnishing and other property.

Always ask a lot of questions before you decide to select an inspector and  the type of  inspection to use since many are totally unqualified to perform such scientific studies. The inspector will determine  the test plan and review it with you. It is our recommendation that you do not use an inspecting company that does repairs. (NJ inspection licensing laws prohibit home inspectors to do repairs due to the potential for conflicts)
