We regret to have to say the majority of mold inspection reports are pure "junk" amounting dust collection on the highest order! The 3 and 4th party lab results are out of context even with the touted "chain of custody claim". We often find substantial material false positives and false negatives and associated  flawed sampling methodologies. Regrettably we are also finding that many of the major accredited labs are making unsubstantiated and unsupportable claims in their report AND HAVE NO BUSIESS DO SO in health related matters- a scientist on site is required when the standard so demands.

Our analysis most likely (95% of time, i.e. if it feels bad, you know the feel, it is!) will  turn your case around or substantially mitigate any claim for a defendant. We perform studies  for both plaintiffs and defendants. *Landrigan v. Celotex Corp. , 127 N.J. 404, 605 A.2d 1079, 1083-84 (N.J. 1992). The Landrigan standard is incorporated into New Jersey's Rule of Evidence 702 and by its explicit terms, is significantly more stringent than versions of Frye. See New Jersey Rules of Evidence. 702 cmt. In Landrigan the standard leans toward the defendant in New Jersey. Daubert and Frye lean toward the plaintiff in the federal courts.
